In the event weather conditions are poor, the following information will help you to know what to do, where to go and who to call.

In the event that Global Concepts Charter School has to close:

1. We do our best to have everyone notified before 6:00 am. This includes bus garages, news outlets and all staff.
2. All major television news and internet outlets will have it posted. This includes www.wivb.com (ch. 4), www.wgrz.com (ch. 2), and www.wkbw.com (ch.7).
3. A call to WBEN am Radio 930 for radio notification
4. Our website will update with information pertaining to the closing.

Global Concepts Charter School is only required to close if the Lackawanna City School District closes. All other school districts do not have a bearing on our status.
