Global Concepts Chess Club, established in 2007, has an open enrollment which accepts new students with open arms, year round. We host 9 to 12 tournaments a year and also participate in some around the area. Our United States Chess Federation affiliate “QueensKnight Scholastic Chess” allows us to host USCF rated tournaments. Every tournament also has an unrated section for beginners, who want to get a feel of his or her abilities. The chess club usually meets 3 times a week and teaches all levels of enthusiasts. Global Concepts Charter School now has two soccer teams in the Charter School League. Check Buffalo Soccer Club's website for game schedules and locations.
